Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

We accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges for clothing items that:

• Are returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

You must request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, for non-faulty items.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Clothing that has been worn, washed, or altered.
• Items not in their original condition (damaged, missing tags).
• Personalized or custom-made clothing, unless defective or incorrect.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email us at thegenevacowboy@gmail.com with your order details. Once approved, you may ship the item back to us at your own expense, unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our standard shipping and handling time ranges from 3 to 15 business days, depending on your location and the availability of the product. Majority of time product is made to order and shipped from Latvia. If bought with any freeze dried product, clothing product maybe shipped separately at no additional cost.  

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
• Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, delivery will typically take between 3 to 15 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location, local holidays, and any potential carrier delays outside our control.
